Pop-up Scheduling Notes

ComputerEase's unique Pop-up Scheduling Note feature allows you to superimpose useful notes or reminders directly on a project schedule, similar to the famous paper ones we all depend on. Our function even allows the user to tie the notes to a particular day or job task using color-coding or size, making job scheduling much easier.

Use the Pop-up Scheduling Note feature to create reminders or write notes and questions for subcontractors and staff members. Print the schedule or convert it to a PDF file and the notes will appear wherever they have been placed. Then you can email the PDF file with your notes to subcontractors and staff members.

Pop-up notes can be hidden if the job schedule becomes too cluttered or if you want to display notes only for certain people.
